time-efficient delivery

To ensure efficient project delivery and minimise on-site disruption for staff and students, we specified an MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) timber frame for the new ICT block. The use of this construction method aided in accelerating the construction process, allowing for a timely completion within just eight months. By implementing the MMC timber frame, we were able to successfully reduce the impact of construction activities on the school, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted learning environment.

outcome

The finished project received high praise from both the school and funders, Kent County Council (KCC). The precision and attention to detail demonstrated by the team were commended for their transformative impact on the school's learning environment. The new ICT block, with its modern design and state-of-the-art facilities, has made a significant difference in enhancing the educational experience of the students at Ursuline College.
