The Military Road development stands as a testament to our commitment to community enhancement and sustainable urban renewal. The project, initiated by Leath Park Developments and executed in collaboration with Jenner (Contractors) Ltd, focused on transforming a disused commercial site into a high-quality, well-designed residential development.

The development responds to the critical need for affordable housing in the area, contributing significantly to addressing the housing crisis. A total of 41 new 2 & 3 bedroom homes, including 18 apartments and 23 houses, were strategically designed and implemented to provide diverse housing options.
