community engagement and funding
The project's completion is the culmination of eight years of planning and collaboration. Funding for the development includes a £3 million National Lottery grant, along with financial contributions from Kent County Council and Ashford Borough Council. The Creative Enterprise Quarter aims to foster connections and collaborations within the arts community and this project also facilitated the inclusion of incubator and start-up spaces for emerging local creative companies and individuals.
