Overview
OSG was appointed by Woodchurch Property to design an exclusive residential scheme in the village of Hawkinge. The project involved the creation of five contemporary dwellings, offering families a unique and modern alternative to the larger estates in the area.
Securing reserved matters approval from the outline consent, which the client had purchased with the land, marked a significant milestone for the project. OSG was then tasked with the complete design of each dwelling, in line with our client’s vision for contemporary individual home designs that blend with the rural setting.
