Another successful affordable housing scheme delivered for English Rural Housing Association
We were delighted to see another of our affordable housing projects for English Rural Housing Association handed over on Thursday last week.
Our scheme delivers 7 affordable residential units including a maisonette, a disabled unit and a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings, with two for shared ownership and the remainder for affordable rent.
Alcotts Place is located in Stebbing, a small village in the Uttlesford district of northern Essex and the scheme delivers a small development of much-needed affordable housing provision to allow families and young people to remain in this rural area. It's always a pleasure to work on a project such as this, where we can see the output of our work delivering a meaningful social impact for a community.
Particular thanks to the main contractor, Borrowdale Construction Homes Ltd – the success of the completed scheme is very much a team effort – thanks to all involved on the project.
