OSG Architecture is a finalist for the "Best Architectural Design" at the South East Construction Awards 2025! We’re thrilled that our innovative scheme for three contemporary dwellings in the Littlestone Conservation Area is being recognised.
This project for HTW Construction replaces a former care home with high-quality, contemporary homes that respect the historic and ecological context. Located in an area with a mix of architectural styles, our design enhances the streetscape with a bold yet respectful contrast to the traditional homes in the area.
Key features include:
- Contemporary aesthetics with rendered finishes and pressed metal.
- A dynamic "peeled" gable form allowing for significant glazing and natural light.
- Design that maximises coastal views and connection to the environment.
