This is an ideal role for a technician/technologist with around 5 years of experience to progress their career and take on responsibility within a practice that prides itself on design and technical excellence.

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faversham. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across multiple sectors and across all RIBA stages, from initial concept to technical delivery.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our lead architect, ensuring that designs are executed to the highest standards of sustainability, compliance, and innovation. OSG Architecture provides a dynamic and supportive environment where you can develop your expertise while contributing to the success of our forward-thinking architectural practice.
Key Responsibilities
· Work alongside lead architects to develop and detail technical designs.
· Lead the detailed design process and coordinate design information.
· Prepare and present design proposals using AutoCAD and Revit
· Ensure compliance with Codes of Practice and relevant legislation.
· Assist with planning applications and liaise with regulatory authorities.
· Advise on environmental, legal, and regulatory matters.
· Support contract administration and project certifications.
· Manage junior technicians and contribute to business operations.
What We’re Looking For
· HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Photoshop advantageous).
· Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team mentality.
· High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
