Part 1 Architectural Assistant

The Opportunity

Developing and nurturing the next generation of architects is at the heart of our practice ethos and we are seeking a motivated and creative Part 1 Architectural Assistant to support our team in delivering outstanding architectural projects.


The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Part 1 Architecture graduate to join our growing team. You will work closely with senior team leaders and directors, contributing to the design process from concept to completion. We are ideally looking for a January start.

  • Creativity and the ability to think in three dimensions.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for buildings and the built environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.

Office Admin & Marketing Assistant

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to assist with office administration and marketing activities. As a Junior Office Admin & Marketing Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in both the operational side of our architectural practice and the promotion of our brand. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a digital/design savvy individual, looking to build a career in office management and marketing, with the chance to progress through an apprenticeship programme to further develop your skills. The role is extremely varied and will pick up support for all areas of the business. For the right candidate, a fast-track opportunity to take on more responsibility.

  • You will not be on the apprenticeship rate of £6.40 per hour. We will pay the National Living Wage for Age 21 and over, currently £11.44 per hour or minimum wage for under 21.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook,Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design (experience with Photoshop, Canva, video editing or other design tools is a bonus).
