Part 1 Architectural Assistant
The Opportunity
Developing and nurturing the next generation of architects is at the heart of our practice ethos and we are seeking a motivated and creative Part 1 Architectural Assistant to support our team in delivering outstanding architectural projects.
The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Part 1 Architecture graduate to join our growing team. You will work closely with senior team leaders and directors, contributing to the design process from concept to completion. We are looking for a Summer/September start.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite; experience of Revit is required.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
- Strong design and drawing skills, with an eye for architectural flair.
- Creativity and the ability to think in three dimensions.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for buildings and the built environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.

Trainee Architectural Technician
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a motivated school leaver to join our vibrant architectural practice.
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Architectural Technician. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager to start a career in architecture and the built environment.
The Role: As a trainee, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience across a range of architectural projects while receiving on-the-job training and mentorship from our experienced team. There is also the opportunity to undertake part-time further education, supported by the practice, to help you progress in your career.
We are recruiting now for an August/September start.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist senior team members in the design and delivery of architectural projects
- Help prepare planning and building regulation applications
- Support building surveys and create measured drawings
- Learn to produce sketch plans and working drawings using CAD and traditional techniques
- Contribute to specifications and tender documents
- Participate in occasional site visits to see your work in action
- Assist with answering the phone, general office duties and contribute to our team environment
- Support content creation for our social media channels
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 5 or above)
- Post 16, Level 3 Qualifications
- A keen interest in architecture, design, and the built environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign advantageous)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
